We built this for one reason.

Every restaurant and shop with hourly staff runs into the same wall: getting a straight answer out of the team about who's free this week. It turns into a scavenger hunt across texts, group chats, and whoever remembered to check the board by the register.

Sway exists to fix exactly that part — nothing more. One link goes out, everyone answers the same way, and it all lands on one screen. We didn't build shift-swapping, time clocks, or a full HR suite, because most of those tools already do that fine. What was missing was the boring first step: knowing who can actually work.

We'd rather do the one thing well than everything half-way.
